Client Relationship Specialists

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent sales and client service skills
Superb Leadership Skills
Minimum of Three Years Experience in the Market Research Industry
Panel management expertise a definite plus
Internet research experience preferred
Knowledge of various types of assistive technology used by people with disabilities is preferred
Detailed Oriented
Enthusiastic about having the opportunity to help build a company with an innovative product
Familiarization with common research techniques
Ability to travel a must

Responsibilities:

Create new client relationships and help maintain existing relationships
Ensure that deliverables meet strict quality standards
Work with Vice President of Business Development to establish new business opportunities for our research division
Work with other Butler New Media associates to ensure that all projects are finished on time, within budget, and up to standards
Meet with clients on a ongoing basis
Write proposals
Represents Butler New Media Professionally
