Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to think quickly and logically
Experience in market research preferred
Knowledge of different types of assistive technology used by people with disabilities
Ability to follow directions

Responsibilities:

Conduct both online and telephone interviews
Enter data into CATI/CAPI System
Analyze data and create reports based on collected data
Work with client relationship specialist and other project team members to ensure that data collected meets standards
