Do you offer incentives?

The Incentives offered vary based on the type of survey being taken. Each survey email will contain information on any incentives that are being offered.

Do I have to have an email address to sign up?

Yes. If you need help setting up an email account please feel free to contact us.

What do I do if I have problems accessing a survey?

If you have any issues accessing any of our online surveys, our staff will be more than happy to assist you. All survey emails will contain contact information for assistance.

Do you contact me via phone?

Some surveys may require that we contact you via phone. We will send out an email notification letting you know that a phone call will be coming soon.

Can people from outside the United States signup for your panels?

Unfortunately, at this time we can only signup panelists from the United States. However, there are future plans for expansion so please continue to watch this site.

How can I edit my data on file with the ABILITY Panels?

We are in the process of creating an accessible members only area for our panelists. An email will be sent out to all panelists with the address to this site and access information.

I plan to sign up for both panels. Can I user the same username and password on both forms?

Yes. Please use the same desired username and password on both forms. This username and password will give you access to the members only area that allows you to edit your data on file for both panels.
