How It Works:

1. We will create an evaluation form tailored to your company’s  specifications. Every company is unique - which means they all want to know different information about how their businesses are being maintained. Our evaluation form will contain questions, ratings and comments and/or suggestions that relate directly to the concerns you want to address and analyze. Also included in the evaluation instrument will be disability specific questions.

2. A confidential, unidentified shopper visits the business, just as a regular customer would, to evaluate all criteria of interest to the client. These shops can take from 10 minutes to overnight, depending on the criteria requested and the type of shop. 

3. Once the shop is complete and data has been collected by the shopper, the evaluation form is then sent to corporate headquarters for copying and disbursement to the client via mail, fax or e-mail.
