As a panel member you will be sent to retail and other types of establishments. You will be given specific instructions on scenarios to complete in order to assess service quality. After you have completed these scenarios you will fill out a form summarizing your experience. A few weeks later you receive a check from us as appreciation for your time and effort. Mystery Shopping is an objective view of your business/organization through the eyes of your customer. A Mystery Shopper visits your business anonymously, posing as a regular customer, to experience and evaluate the level of customer service provided. Mystery shopping provides management with a detailed assessment of employee performance and the variables that affect your customer's experience and satisfaction. How much money can I make on a shop? Each assignment is different. When you receive the shop directions you will be provided with the exact amount that you will be paid for completing the assignment. How many assignments can I expect? What is the Independent Contractor Agreement? This document establishes the relationship between you and our firm. Yes we understand the unique needs of shoppers with disabilities and we reimburse for transportation on a case by case basis. Is this a full time job? No this is not a full time job, nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It is simply an opportunity to make some extra money while evaluating products and services. What is your pay range for shops? Pay ranges vary depending on a variety of factors such as type of shop, duration, and requirements. You will be notified in the assignment email of what you will be paid for completing the assignment. How often do you pay? We send out payments once a month on the 15th for the previous month's work. What payment methods do you offer? You can choose to receive payment either via regular mail or paypal. What is Paypal? A quick and easy way to receive payments for completed assignments. Are your surveys accessible? Every effort is made to ensure that our online surveys are accessible to people with disabilities that use assistive technologies. Each survey is tested using real people with disabilities. How do I sign up to be a Shopper? No. It is 100% free to sign up as a shopper with us. It is also free to join our market research panel. Can people from outside the United States signup for your panels? Unfortunately, at this time we can only signup panelists from the United States. However, there are future plans for expansion so please continue to watch this site. How can I edit my data on file with the ABILITY Panels? We are in the process of creating an accessible members only area for our panelists. An email will be sent out to all panelists with the address to this site and access information. I plan to sign up for both panels. Can I user the same username and password on both forms? Yes. Please use the same desired username and password on both forms. This username and password will give you access to the members only area that allows you to edit your data on file for both panels.
