ABILITY Mystery Shopping Panel Signup:

Thank you for agreeing to join the ABILITY Mystery Shopping Panel. You are about to begin the signup process. On the next page you will find our Independent Contractor Agreement. This establishes the relationship between you and our firm. Please read this document carefully. After agreeing to the Independent Contractor Agreement you will asked general questions about yourself, disability, computer, and assistive technology usage. We ask that you please be as honest as possible. This helps us to ensure that we have the most accurate data for conducting our research.

Please note that only individuals within the United States and its territories can signup for this panel.

Important notice about Nevada: Current Nevada law states that you MUST be an employee of a Private Investigator if you are going to perform shops in Nevada. It is illegal for you to perform mystery shops as an independent contractor. Butler New Media is not currently licensed as a Private Investigator in Nevada. You can signup for this panel and can be utilized for Usability Testing and Project Sourcing but NOT for Mystery Shopping Services.

Estimated Time: This signup procedure can take up to 15 Minutes based on your answers.
